Theheroineofthisbookisaverybeautifulgirl,scarlett,emphaticallydescribesthesheleftbehindthehomeofthewar-ravagedexperienceandfeelings,inthewarfromthestartwithreverencepsychology,supportforthewarcompletely,thewarandbringtothepainoflosinglovedones,havetosuccumbtothefateoffailureandhardshipstorebuildtheirhomesafterthewar.Thewarhasfailed,andsomepeoplehavebeendemoralizedandlosttheiroriginalmorale,unabletoadjusttheirattitudeandfacethebrokenlifeafterthewar.However,ourheroineovercamethefailurementalityandfacedtheharshrealityandbecameastrongpersoninlife.Sheshowedgreatstrengthandcourageinthefaceofdifficulties.Scarletthadsaidinhermostdifficulttime,"taraismydestiny,mybattlefield,andImustpluckupthecouragetoovercomeit!"
