　　当梁主任安排我教师节会上发言时，我欣然答应了，但是，当我准备发言稿时，我又犹豫了，那是因为我的工作太平凡，与学校领导相比，他们往往都是为了学校的建设和发展，忘记了节假日，为了学校这个大家庭，丢弃了自己的小家庭;与教师骨干相比，工作上他们总是模范带头细致周到;与带孩子上班的年轻“爸爸妈妈们”比，他们的困难、不方便之处比我多……在他们身上体现着我们万宝中学教师团队的团结奋进和锐意进取，大家都是当之无愧的优秀啊!
