“感恩”这个词已不是第一次看见它了，但是一个演讲才让我真正明白“感恩”的含义。
都说感恩，但是要谈感恩的话首先就要知恩，知道谁对你有恩，而你又应该对谁有恩。从“呱呱”落地开始，从你开始用稚嫩的、不太清楚的声音喊出那一声爸爸或者妈妈的时候，也就意味着你会享受到这来自生活中点点滴滴的恩情了，同时也意味着你也在不知不觉中担负了一份你尚未发觉的，你所要给予别人的恩情。但这一切的前提就是你知道什么是恩。
恩，可以是事关生命时一种无私的奉献，恩，可以是生活中鸡毛蒜皮的小事中一份热心的帮助，但真要深入地去谈恩，我最想说的还是：恩，爸爸妈妈在你一点一滴的成长中对你的数不胜数的付出。
当演讲老师讲到感恩这个环节的时候，我哭了，只有我自己知道我为什么哭，我又哭的是什么。我哭，是因为我的羞愧，我的悔恨。“从小到大，有什么好的东西，父母首先想到的总是你，一桌子的好菜，父母吃得却都是那些你连碰都不会碰的。当有一份好吃的，你对父母说：你们也吃。他们总是会说：不了，你吃吧，我们吃过了。可事实上，他们并没有吃过。你眼看着妈妈细嫩的手已变得粗糙不堪，眼看着她那满头乌丝已所剩不多。
出门时，父母在叮嘱在牵挂，放学回家时，父母做了一大桌好菜，都是你爱吃的。渐渐地，你长大了，翅膀也硬了，开始想挣脱父母的怀抱自由飞翔了，于是你开始变得忤逆，父母想和你说话，你不耐烦，父母教导你，你句句如同尖刀一样顶撞他们，可以想象，他们的心有多痛。都说子女和父母心连心，但是父母的痛我们却全然不知。”
当我的眼泪止不住的从眼眶中流出的时候，我就在想：这说得不就是我吗?我一直不敢抬头，除了怕自己哭得稀里哗啦的脸被人看见以外，更多的是羞愧，因为这字字都说道我心坎里去了。我不想抬头，我被头上的愧疚感压得抬不起头来了。于是，我当时心里就只有一个念头：我不要再做过去那个不懂事的孩子了，我要做爸爸妈妈“真正”的孩子。父母对我们的付出不少理所当然的，父母认为的理所当然，却是他们对我们最大的恩惠。

然而，我们的祖国母亲却历尽了沧桑。
从清朝末年起，我们的祖国便任人欺凌，任人宰割。腐朽的清政府的做法终于引起了全国各界爱国人士的反抗，孙中山先生领导的辛亥革命终于推翻了清王朝的统治。1920xx年八月一日，南昌起义爆发，中国共产党终于有了自己的军队，一代伟人毛泽东领导着苦难深重的中国人民开始了建立一个新中国的艰难历程……
终于，在经历了无数次的浴血奋战之后，中国人民翻身做了主人!中华人民共和国终于成立了!在伟大领袖毛主席的正确领导下，我国的发展逐渐步入了正轨。这期间虽然也曾有过十年浩劫和三年自然灾害，但我们不是都挺过来了吗?正像毛主席的那首《咏梅》中所说的：
风雨送春归，飞雪迎春到，已是悬崖百丈冰，犹有花枝俏。俏也不争春，只把春来报，待到山花烂漫时，她在丛中笑。
是啊，我们的祖国不正像那不畏严寒的梅花吗?遇到的困难越大，她就越是坚强，越是不畏艰难与险阻，最终迎来了明媚的春天!
如今，我们的祖国母亲刚刚迎来了自己五十九周岁的生日。看看今日的祖国，她早已是容光焕发，靓丽耀眼!看吧，街道上各种名贵的车辆川流不息;家庭中电视电脑也早已司空见惯;宽敞明亮的教学楼内不时地传出“我和我的祖国一刻也不能分开”的动听的歌声;操场上运动健儿们正舒展着他们那矫健的身姿……

不知何时，耳中充满喧嚣，再也听不到爱的声音;不知何时，双眼被阴霾蒙蔽，在也看不到美丽的景致;不只何时，心中充斥悲愤，感觉不到善良的存在;我像一个受伤的小鸟，心中充满痛楚，却不知怎样疗伤;我像一个迷失方向的孩子，心中满是绝望，走在漆黑的夜。时间滴答滴答，岁月从耳边走过。哭过，笑过;笑慰着生活的给与，承纳着命运的色彩纷成。经历了年轻的懵懂，收获着成熟的心路里程。不知何时，喧嚣渐渐退去，阴霾悄悄退去，悲愤化为宁静，直到那不经意的一天，我发现一切都不曾改变，唯一改变的是自己的心。时间给我换了一颗懂得感恩的心!

那一刻，我明白：母爱不曾远去。以前我的心中只有享受，忘记了怀有一颗感恩的心，去感谢那给我生命的人，那给我暖和给我关怀的人，那爱我胜过爱自己的人。就在那一刻，我学会了用感恩的心去听那爱的声音，去体会那爱的暖和;就在那一刻，我学会了在感谢的同时去给予，去付出，去关心……。。那天，全班随着郭老师的带领下来到了我们从来未到过的内心世界。在那宽阔的操场上将近1000多人在那半个小时中竟鸦雀无声，也许每一个人心情都是一样的。在那一霎那仿佛只有回忆，在回忆着过去的点点滴滴，和父母一起的欢乐、痛苦的画面，一点一点的浮现在我的眼前心里有一些辛酸也有一些幸福。泪水不断地在眼中打转儿。我默默地告诉自己：不要流泪，要生存就要把泪擦干。可是，泪水终于抵制不了我对父母的愧疚。
我回忆着，每次上学来时，妈妈总是千叮咛万嘱咐一定不要感冒了。每次考试向妈妈汇报时，妈妈总是说：“考多少名没关系，只要自己努力了。”其实，我从来没有考过让妈妈满意的成绩，但妈妈一直在背后鼓励我，因为她相信我在学校里一定会好好学习的，但是，她怎么会知道我在学校里总是一副无所事事的样子，没有一点儿的责任感，更没有认真对待过学习。
看着小盆友们一个个大声喊出：“妈妈，我爱你!”;看着他们的母亲一个个上去拥抱他们;看着母亲一滴滴劳累的泪珠从头上划过，看她头上的头发越掉越多，我不禁哭了起来，在这里我要大喊一声：“妈妈，我爱你!”
