关于英语活动的总结范文

课堂教学调研活动已经结束好些天了，可是一直也没有时间坐下来梳理和总结，回忆这12天的活动过程感受还是颇深，也觉得活动中有很多东西值得我们去反思和总结。

一、听评课。

听评课是此次课堂教学调研的主要内容，旨在提高全体教师的课堂教学水平，探索促成课堂高效的道路。从听评课的结果来看老师们思想上都很重视，呈现出的课也可以说是节节优秀。一轮的听课下来，13个英语老师中有接近50%的老师上课的时候都有效地使用了媒体资源，从这一点可以看出老师们都很重视这次调研活动，在这课上也是费了一番脑筋，下了一番功夫的，尤其是细柳完小的徐启红老师，她是我们英语教师队伍中最年长的一位老教师，为了能在这次讲课中把最好的课呈现出来，还专门学习了多媒体课件的使用，她的这种“教到老，学到老”的精神让人感动；还有官庄的葛锐老师，她是今年刚刚踏上工作岗位的新教师，曾多次主动同老教师们交流教学问题，她的这种积极进取、不耻下问的行为更是让人难忘。

需要我们全体英语教师都应该思考的问题有以下几点：

1、所有的教学活动要以有效为原则。

听课过程中发现，有很多老师创设的教学情景，设计的教学活动，使用的课堂语言等等虽然都很精彩，但是都超出了学生的理解能力，学生面对这样的指令、情景、活动不知所措，一脸的茫然，这样的教学指令、情景就是无效的，它非但不能让我们的课上出“彩”，还会影响师生教与学的情绪，破坏教学效果。

所以我们在设计教学活动的时候，首先要考虑活动的目的性（要训练学生哪方面的能力），其次是针对性（学生能不能接受），再有就是有效性（能不能很容易地达到目的），我认为三者应该是相辅相成的，任何一点达不到，都会影响教学的效果。

再有就是我们要明确一点，任何方式的教学活动都是为知识的传授和习得服务的，我们最终的目的是让学生学会知识、会用知识，不要让一些表面的东西冲淡了我们教学的最终目的。

2、把握好教材。

对于教材的把握，我们要做到准确、全面。我们不单单要把握住教材的重难点，还要全面了解教材的地位，注意教材内容的前后联系，以便我们在组织教学时能做到系统化。

3、规范。

这点应该包括语言的规范和书写的规范。英语的课堂用语要尽量做到简捷、清晰、语音语调要准确；教师的板书也要规范标准，三、四年级的板书要尽量放到四线格中，而且应该避免连写的现象出现，五六年级的板书也要做到工整、美观。老师规范的语言和书写能在学生的口语和书写方面起到潜移默化式的影响作用。

二、书写和口语抽测。

英语科在这项活动中除了听评课，还增加了口语和书法的抽测，这项活动是很有必要的，因为在以往的口语抽测中，只是象征性地让学生读读课文、随便问一两个问题，都很不正式，等到县里来正式抽测的时候，师生往往都显得很紧张或是无措，所以我们从现在开始把每一次抽测都做得正式起来，让说英语、讲英语、甚至于考英语都能慢慢地成为大家的一种习惯，只有这样我们的学生才能满怀信心地站在任何一个考官的面前。

书写抽测为抄写课本四会母、单词或句子，抽测范围为整个班级的学生。口语抽测分为歌曲演唱、单词认读、情景问答及听音做动作，每班抽测10名学生。

书写和口语是小学生英语基本能力的最直接的体现方式，所以我们要根据本校实际，制定出合理的督促学生书写和口语提高的措施和计划，为促进学生的发展寻找最佳的方法和途径。

为了积极配合校大学生英语演讲比赛的开展，响应广大英语爱好者的要求，同时为了调动同学们对英语学习的兴趣，提高同学们的英语口语能力和实用能力，举行了这次英语演讲比赛，经过老师的大力支持和各部门的帮助以及参赛选手的努力，本次比赛基本上取得了成功，能够达到预期的目的。

关于作文的教学工作总结

又一个学年的教学工作结束了。本学期，本人坚决执行教育教学的有关方针，扎扎实实地作好初一语文的教学工作，取得了一些经验。

一、作文教学一定要坚持有序有层次有目标地进行。多写少改详评。

随着教育的改革，素质教育的进一步推进，初中教学大纲的修订，作文在教学的重要性已越来越突出。但长期以来，作文的教法及效果都差强人意。初一这样教，初二这样教，初三还是这样教。每两周写一篇，教师批改、评讲，发下去学生看一眼分数丢到垃圾桶去。如何改进才真正有效？结合语文科组的课题《加强作文序列化训练，提高写作素质》和初一新的教学大纲及新教材，我详细制定的初一语文的作文教学方案，即以记叙文为主的分步骤、分重点的专项指导与训练。

首先解决写作来源问题---生活是写作的源泉，写真实、写生活，才能有东西写，也才能写得好，写得动人--于是进行了以“真情实感最动人”为主题的选材指导与训练。

其次解决写作技巧问题---现在升中考中特别要求作文中要有适当的抒情和议论，同时要有至少一个细致的场面描写---于是又重点进行了“如何抒情议论论好”、“场面描写最生动”两个专题的训练。作文中要想和高分，除了以上因素外，还有一个决定性因素---立意。立意深刻才能博得改卷老师的一致欣赏。于是以“立意深刻得高分”的训练也进行了几节课。每次训练的步聚大体相同：讲解要求---出示片段范例---片段练习写作---片段修改练习---全文欣赏---全文写作---讲评---部分修正。其间穿插学生的师生、生生的交流和指正。为了防止“写”与“不写”一个样，我特别抓好最后一关，这也是作文训练中最容易忽视其实是应有收效的一步。如果这部分人真正掌握了，那么全班人才是真正掌握了，作文训练其实也正是为这帮人服务的。因为会写的根本不用你教的。

第三是抓基本功的训练。综观历次语文考试，作文失分最严重的都是基本功问题，平实参加有关的语文改卷也深有体会。因此，对学生的书写能力，对一般的叙事能力，以及语言、修辞等坚持长期不懈地一周五天地检查督促辅导。在一10班，每天让学生坚持写100字以上的书法，并抽时间进行堂上指导，使学生真正有所进步，对不认真的给于批评教育。让学生进行优秀文句语段摘抄，每周抽一节课的5分钟左右检查背诵情况。而对一（6）班就采用模仿的方式，让学生抄一些优秀范文进行学习。两个班都坚持课前三分钟演讲。

经过以上种种努力，学生的作文水平确实有较大的长进，作文的一般技巧与书写的能力都大有改观。绝大部分学生作文都有500字，90%的同学告别了涂改的坏习惯。

我一直坚持多写少改详评的方针。一10班每周一篇作文，用一节课进行写作指导，一节课用于讲评。学生很欢迎。

二、现代教学技术与语文学科教学的整合关键在于资源库的建设。

一方面利用计算机的辅助作文教学，创造生动直观的写作氛围。另一方面探索阅读教学上现代教育技术的运用。

上《月亮上的足迹》这篇课文，我上互联网上搜集到了丰富的图像和视频资料，结果上课效果比平时好过几倍。但是要想让每个教师都上网为一节课去找资料是不现实的，于是资源库是应该具备的。在制作资源库的过程中，我体会到资料的搜集和整理是一个长期的，零星的的工程，是要坚持不懈进行的，同时自己应该做有心人，通过购买，自制和改编来丰富自己的库容。其实现在的资源是极少的，绝大部分是要靠自己制作和改编的。现在我的资源库已经完成初版，下一学期即可投入使用。

三、抓住瞬间灵感，结合自身实践，构筑教研论文。

本学期论文获市3等。本文的写作纯属一个偶然的灵感，是一次听课时的奇想，后来我把它同我的教学实际结合起来，完成了一篇论文。

四、存在的问题。

1.教学设计,课堂组织能力尚显得不够成熟。缺乏“运筹帏幄”“决胜千里”的总体调控能力，主要是因为阅历尚浅，经验不足，这一点还须向黄艮蓉学习。

2.阅读教学的课外迁移能力没有得到根本解决。尤其在普通班，绝大部分的中下生连正常的课内阅读都消化不了，更不用说课外阅读了。因为课外阅读是一种综合素质的测试，如何提高学生（尤其是中下生）的整体综合素质，我暂没有找到很好的办法。优生综合素质高，较容易出效果，而中下生的问题爱亟待解决。

3.制作教学资源库的进度过慢，内容还欠丰富，还有一些课文的录像资料难以找到，尽管已达８Ｇ，但尚需要进一步扩充，以满足老师们的日常需求．

五、改进教学的设想和措施。

1.多向名师学习，学习他上课的技巧，学习他辅导竞赛的方法，同时学习作文教学中思维能力的训练方法。

2.继续学习报刊杂志的有关理论文章，进一步提高自己素质和业务水平

3.继续摸索、实验，寻求更好的教学方法。（重点是阅读教学方面）

4.购置电脑电视录制设备，自已录制相关录像节目，丰富教学资源库的内容
